Powerball Jackpot Reaches $1 Billion, Winning Numbers Announced

This marks the second Powerball jackpot to reach $1 billion in 2025, as no ticket matched all six numbers in a previous drawing.

Winners can choose between an annuity valued at $1 billion or a lump sum payment of approximately $461.3 million before taxes. Powerball tickets cost $2 and are sold in 45 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S.
