Yoodli, an AI-powered communication training startup co-founded by Varun Puri and Esha Joshi, has reached a valuation exceeding $300 million, more than tripling its value in just six months. This significant increase follows Yoodli's $40 million Series B funding round, led by WestBridge Capital with participation from Neotribe and Madrona, adding to the total funding of nearly $60 million including a previous $13.7 million Series A round announced in May.

Yoodli's technology assists users in improving their communication skills through simulated scenarios like sales calls and leadership coaching, targeting both individual and enterprise customers. The platform is currently utilized by companies including Google, Snowflake, Databricks, RingCentral, and coaching firms such as Franklin Covey and LHH.

Puri emphasizes that Yoodli is designed to support rather than replace human coaches, maintaining that authentic feedback from people is irreplaceable. The startup has seen a 50% increase in role-plays and a 900% growth in average recurring revenue over the past year.

The latest funding will be directed toward expanding Yoodli's AI coaching and analytics, hiring in product and customer success, and broadening its market presence in the Asia-Pacific region.
