CES 2026 Preview: Anticipated Innovations and Trends in Emerging Technologies

CES 2026 is set to take place from January 6 through 9, 2026, with events starting on January 4. The Consumer Technology Association has published a directory of participating companies and a schedule for press conferences.

Notable presentations include Samsung's 'The First Look' led by TM Roh, LG's 'Innovation in Tune with You,' Intel's introduction of its Core Ultra Series 3 processors, Sony Honda Mobility's launch of its first car, and AMD's announcements led by CEO Lisa Su.

Additionally, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang will showcase innovation in a keynote on January 5. AMD is expected to reveal new Ryzen chips, while Intel's Panther Lake chips aim for premium laptops with a significant performance boost.

Qualcomm is rumored to introduce its Snapdragon X2 Elite chips for laptops as well. Sony may unveil new display technologies, including a possible 'True RGB' screen. Samsung is expected to showcase an updated HDR10+ Advanced standard.

Robotics will also be prominent, with advancements in robot vacuums and the potential return of Samsung's Ballie robot. The show will highlight innovations across AI, display technology, and robotics, reflecting ongoing trends in emerging technologies.
