According to MLB.com, the rosters were determined through a combination of votes from AFL staff, farm directors, and MLB.com writers, culminating in a final fan vote that added Braden Montgomery and Patrick Clohisy to the American and National League teams, respectively.

The American League squad features the Detroit Tigers' Kevin McGonigle, ranked as the second overall prospect, alongside Montgomery, who is the top prospect for the Chicago White Sox and ranks thirty-fifth overall.

Other notable players on the AL roster include Royals catcher Blake Mitchell, Mariners outfielder Jonny Farmelo, and White Sox left-hander Hagen Smith, who is also listed among the top one hundred prospects.

The National League roster includes Reds catcher Alfredo Duno, right-hander Rhett Lowder, and third baseman Cam Collier, alongside Rockies slugger Charlie Condon. Despite being selected, Rhett Lowder will not pitch in the game.

Managing the American League squad is Rene Rivera of the Scottsdale Scorpions, while Jesus Azuaje of the Surprise Saguaros will lead the National League team.
