Clemson's Peter Woods Declares for NFL Draft

Clemson defensive tackle Peter Woods has officially declared for the 2026 NFL Draft. According to Pro Football Talk, Woods made the announcement on Tuesday. He was recognized as a first-team All-ACC selection this season after completing three years at Clemson.

During his collegiate career, Woods accumulated a total of 84 tackles, 14.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and two forced fumbles. In addition to his defensive contributions, he also recorded eight rushing attempts for 15 yards and two touchdowns in short yardage situations this season.

Woods is projected to be a first-round pick by draft analysts, and his declaration is the first step in his journey to convince an NFL team to select him in April.
