After a burst of commitments during the early signing period, the SC Next 100 recruiting class rankings have been updated. USC has made a significant jump from No. 24 to No. 9 without adding any new commitments.

The Trojans' rise is attributed to their signees, with Adonis Ratliff moving up 76 spots to No. 10 and his brother Darius Ratliff climbing from No. 52 to No. 26. Eric Musselman's program still has prospects in play, indicating potential for further movement in the rankings.

Tennessee and Texas A&M have also cracked the top 10, with Georgia Tech and Wake Forest dropping out. Notably, the top-ranked prospect for the class, Tyran Stokes, remains uncommitted, alongside other high-profile recruits like Jordan Smith, Caleb Holt, and Christian Collins.

As the high school and college seasons progress, several players are expected to commit soon, including Collins, Mingo, Rippey, and Samuels. In addition, five-star commits, such as Jason Crowe for Missouri, are pivotal in shaping their recruiting classes.

The report highlights that Crowe is a dynamic scorer, while Missouri's overall class, now featuring two five-star prospects, reflects a successful recruiting effort. Meanwhile, Duke has secured five-star Cameron Williams, who significantly elevates their class ranking.

Kansas, Maryland, and Mississippi State also made strides with key commitments, emphasizing the competitive landscape of college basketball recruiting. The rankings underscore the importance of each program's recruiting strategy as they build their future teams.
