Jackson Township Police Investigate Gunshot Incident at The Strip Shopping Area

Jackson Township police are investigating a gunshot incident that occurred at The Strip shopping area on December 9, 2025. According to Police Chief Mark Brink, officers were called to the scene around 8:49 p.m. following reports of a disturbance between two male acquaintances.

During the altercation, one man brandished a firearm and fired a single shot at the other, before fleeing the area. Fortunately, there were no injuries or damage reported. The motive behind the dispute remains unclear, as The Strip shopping area includes various retail stores and restaurants.

As of the morning of December 10, no further information has been released by the police department.
