Crystal City Restaurant and Gentlemen's Club, located at 422 23rd Street South in Arlington, Virginia, has been sold to the regional adult entertainment chain Paper Moon after 62 years in business. Owner Billy Bayne, who has run the establishment since 1988, cited industry-wide changes in adult entertainment as a factor in his decision to sell, stating, 'Business has just changed.

It's time for me to get out.' The restaurant, which originally opened in 1963 as Arlington Luncheon, has offered services such as private dance rooms, bachelor and birthday parties, and reasonably priced prime rib, alongside a $5.99 daily lunch special.

It is currently unclear if the name Crystal City Restaurant and Gentlemen's Club will remain under the new ownership. Paper Moon operates other clubs in Richmond, Northern Virginia, and D.C., including the Good Guys Club and Platinum DC Club.

After the sale, Bayne plans to focus on the nearby Crystal City Sports Pub, which he co-owns, and address some lingering health issues.
