Kirk is now focused on enhancing the salon landscape in Birmingham by attracting top stylists. He is set to host the Jam Session event on December 6 and 7 at the Hilton Downtown Birmingham. This event will bring together stylists and barbers from across the Southeast for a full day of education, networking, and high-energy competitions. Kirk aims to elevate the salon scene in Birmingham, stating, 'I want to make my city hot. I want to bring the attention to my area.'
