This acquisition brings the sophistication of San Francisco to the French Riviera, making Blake Charles the first American luxury salon brand to establish a flagship presence in this iconic region.

Founded over 21 years ago by Christophe Gaye, Salon Le Boudoir has been a pillar of artistry in Saint-Tropez, and Gaye will remain as manager during the transition to ensure continuity. The rebranding to Blake Charles Salon will occur in January 2026, blending French elegance with California innovation as the brand aims for further global expansion.
