Each customer begins their visit with a customized strand assessment, evaluating hair texture, strength, porosity, and natural behavior to create individualized treatment plans. Ygartua, who trained at AVEDA New York and has experience in international fashion settings, emphasizes that this concept aligns with broader industry trends toward preventive care and customization.
