In Miami-Dade, three women face serious charges following a series of undercover stings targeting prostitution at local massage parlors. According to NBC 6 South Florida, Yuping Song, Chang Yang, and Yihong Luo were arrested as part of an investigation led by the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office Organized Crime Bureau's Vice Intelligence Squad.
The operation stemmed from tips received through Crime Stoppers, civilian complaints, and law enforcement operations. Song, aged fifty-one, was apprehended at a massage business on Biscayne Boulevard, where she allegedly offered to perform sex acts on an undercover officer in exchange for money.
Similarly, Yang, aged thirty-eight, was arrested at a massage business on Southwest 72nd Street, where she was found in a private room with a client during the execution of a search warrant. Reports indicate that two other women had also offered sex acts to undercover officers at that location.
Luo, aged forty, was arrested at a massage parlor on Southwest 160th Street after offering to provide sex acts on two separate occasions. During one incident, she and another woman indicated to an undercover officer that he could engage in sexual activities for one hundred fifty dollars or pay sixty dollars each for simultaneous activities with both women.
Importantly, none of these women possessed valid massage licenses, further complicating their legal troubles. Song faces charges of prostitution as a third or subsequent violation, practicing a healthcare profession without a license, and practicing massage without a license.
