SpaceX Achieves Milestone with Starlink Satellite Launch

SpaceX achieved a remarkable milestone by launching its 3,000th Starlink satellite into low Earth orbit on December 9, 2025, during the Starlink 6-92 mission. This launch utilized the Falcon 9 rocket B1067, marking its 32nd flight this year, the highest for any Falcon booster.

Over the course of this mission, 29 Starlink satellites were deployed, contributing to SpaceX's broader goal of creating a constellation of 12,000 satellites for global broadband coverage. The company has successfully launched 3,000 satellites this year alone, with over five million users currently subscribed to Starlink services.

Following the launch, the Falcon 9 booster made a successful landing on the Just Read the Instructions droneship. This launch also represented the 575th overall Falcon 9 launch, emphasizing SpaceX's increasing operational pace, averaging two missions per week.
