Investcor, a leading real estate development firm with over $1.6 billion in projects across the nation, has announced plans for Valara, a luxury senior living community within The District in Henderson.

The project is currently under review by the city of Henderson's building department and is expected to break ground in the second quarter of 2026. Valara will offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care in one integrated campus, featuring 244 residences all under one roof.

The development will include a central core with two dedicated residential wings and secure underground parking. Residents will enjoy exclusive amenities such as a tearoom and whiskey lounge, chef-curated meals, multiple dining options, an indoor/outdoor bar, gardening programs, educational classes, a movie theater, fitness centers, steam and sauna facilities, and a full recreation and activity calendar.

Additionally, a dedicated pet spa and golf cart service will provide convenient transportation to nearby shopping and appointments. Tylere Brennan, partner at Investcor, emphasized the importance of high-quality senior living options, inspired by his family's long history in Las Vegas.

He stated that Valara represents a commitment to creating a community built with care, innovation, and a sense of belonging for seniors in Southern Nevada. Investcor has invested over $300 million in senior housing alone and is focused on delivering projects that enhance quality of life in the communities it serves.
