Many football fans are eager to find ways to watch NFL content, particularly NFL RedZone, without the need for expensive cable subscriptions. According to the Oregonian, several streaming services are currently offering free trial promotions as of November 9, 2025.
Fans can access NFL RedZone via DirecTV, Fubo, and Sling TV, each providing options that cater to different viewing preferences. DirecTV offers a free trial, followed by a monthly cost of $100 when adding the $15 Sports Pack, which includes NFL RedZone.
Fubo also provides a free trial, charging $96 per month after that, which includes a wide array of channels for national NFL broadcasts, albeit without Turner affiliates. Meanwhile, Sling TV is highlighted as a more budget-friendly option, starting at $57 per month when packaged with the Sports Extra package that includes NFL RedZone.
Though Sling does not offer a free trial at this moment, it remains a popular choice for its low-cost access to various live sports channels. The service allows users to enhance their plans with an over-the-air HDTV antenna to catch local broadcasts from CBS, FOX, and NBC, which can be particularly beneficial for accessing local NFL games.
Fans without cable can also consider NFL+ Premium for $14.99 per month, which exclusively streams NFL RedZone through the NFL app. If fans are looking for additional alternatives, an HD antenna can facilitate access to Sunday Night Football games without any subscription cost.
Amazon Prime members can also enjoy most Thursday Night Football games for free, making it easier for fans to engage with the NFL without incurring hefty fees. Furthermore, Paramount+ offers a free trial allowing access to local CBS affiliate broadcasts, which typically host some NFL games each week.
The growing trend of free trials and affordable streaming options reflects a significant shift in how audiences are consuming live sports, making it increasingly accessible for fans nationwide. As streaming services continue to compete for sports viewership, the landscape is rapidly evolving, allowing viewers more flexibility and options than ever before.
