Bitcoin has demonstrated remarkable resilience over its 17-year existence, according to Eric Balchunas, a senior ETF analyst at Bloomberg. He asserts that Bitcoin, unlike the tulip bubble which collapsed within three years, has survived multiple market downturns and still shows a 250% increase over the past three years.

Balchunas argues that Bitcoin's endurance, alongside its recent price performance, distinguishes it from historical speculative bubbles. Meanwhile, analysts are noting a significant rise in Bitcoin's 'liveliness' indicator, signaling that the current market cycle may not be over yet.

This metric reflects the on-chain activity of Bitcoin, indicating that more coins are actively transacting compared to those being held. Analyst TXMC points out that this rise in liveliness, despite lower prices, indicates a solid demand floor for Bitcoin.

Additionally, James Check, another analyst, highlights that the current cycle shows a much larger magnitude of value being transacted than in previous cycles, suggesting a significant capital rotation within the Bitcoin market.

As for Bitcoin's price, it has seen minor fluctuations, recently stabilizing around $89,500, with analysts suggesting a potential rally as the year closes. Michael van de Poppe notes that if Bitcoin tests the $92,000 level, it could break through, but if not, a dip into the low $80,000 range may occur before a strong rally is anticipated in Q1 of next year.
